Further Information for Mountain Springs Stables

• Due to lack of space, we prefer to trailer breed mares as much as possible. Though, we understand that some owners and mares are coming from a far distance and can put you in contact with local facilities to house your mares if necessary.

• If you are trailer breeding your mare, please keep us updated through the process for when your mare is getting ready to breed. Please give us a 24 hour notice when you're going to be shipping your mares in to be covered.

• Veterinarian Dr. Amy Worrell VMD with Penn Haven Equine is our repro vet. Contact Amy at : 610-926-6627

• For emergencies, we ship directly to New Bolton Center and will contact you once we are on our way.

• Trailering is available, speak to the barn manager for questions and rates.

• Our breeding shed opens February 15th for ship in breeds. We plan to begin boarding in March, though we appreciate everyone working with us as we work through having stall space for boarding mares. 

• The boarding fee is $35.00/day which is due every 30 days. This board fee includes daily care for your horse, feed, hay, and straw. Farrier and vet will be billed separately.
